I'm your host Sarah Bednar. I'm a postpartum doula and founder of The Modern Day Tribe. My passion is why I started this project to create a platform for parents and professionals to share their stories and support for other parents. Along with my training as a parent coach, postpartum doula, I too have personal experience as a parent of three kids. You'll find that you aren't alone in this journey into parenthood.
